Super convenient, maybe not primary option

These are amazing for making the Spectra pump more portable. I can put these on, throw the pump in a crossbody purse, and do anything around the house. HOWEVER, I do not get the same output as using the regular flanges - maybe 85-90%, with the same pump and I’ve tried adjusting the settings. I love these!

I have a Momcozy M5 but I honestly only find is useful when I'm driving -- I loooooooove the Caracups. All the power of Spectra with the convenience of hands free. If the regular flanges with a Spectra work for you the Caracups are perfect! They're what I use everyday at work and they have a large holding capacity!
