Returning your Purchase

We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping at Aeroflow Breastpumps. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase, but understand that returns are necessary at times. For this reason, we want to make the return process as easy as possible.


How to Return Purchased Items

Returns of purchases or gifts may be made by your choice of delivery service. Simply ship unworn, unopened merchandise with all original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Make sure to include your original Aeroflow Breastpumps receipt (or gift receipt) and you will receive your choice of full refund, exchange or store credit. Please allow up to two weeks for credit card information to be processed.


Aeroflow Breastpumps will cover the cost of return shipping only if return label is requested prior to returning the product(s). To request a pre-paid return shipping label, email hello@aeroflowbreastpumps.com with “RETURN” in the subject line and include your order number in the message.


Exclusions to Return Policy

Our return policy does not apply to breast pumps, breast pump parts or final sale items.
