How to Use Your Haakaa:
- Sterilize your pump.
- Place the opening over your nipple – make sure your nipple is in the neck of the pump and comfortable.
- Squeeze to apply suction – you may need to adjust a couple of times. Once the pump is secure and comfortable you can squeeze the base of the pump to increase suction.
- Once milk begins to flow the pump can be left alone to collect your breast milk.
- Once the pump is full, empty into a storage bottle and reposition if more pumping is needed.
- Once finished, clean the pump after each use.
