Terms and Conditions
By entering any Aeroflow Breastpump's Giveaway or Contest, you retain the rights to your works while granting Aeroflow Breastpumps the unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, communicate, modify and display the works (in whole or in part) for any purpose without any fee or other form of compensation, and without further notification or permission.
Aeroflow retains the exclusive rights to use, copy, sublicense, transmit, distribute, publish, or display any submission or portion thereof, in any and all media including but not limited to all forms of internet, television, and wireless protocol. Entrant grants permission (except where prohibited by law) for Aeroflow to use Entrant’s video(s), name, likeness, voice, quotes, comments, biographical information, photograph(s) and/or image(s) for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further notice, permission, compensation or consideration in any and all media now known, in perpetuity, unless prohibited by law. Every reasonable attempt will be made to contact the winner, and after a time period of 30 days without claiming their prize, the award will be given to the next in line.
- You must have used Aeroflow’s services in the past 5 years (your patient account is verified and in our system)
- Aeroflow employees are excluded from all giveaways and contests
- Only legitimate content that you own can be considered

Giveaways and Contest are open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and advertising partners are not eligible to participate. Prize is limited to one per household. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. The company will have no liability for any losses or damages of any kind caused by prize posession. By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the contest rules. All opinions presented in the contest are entirely owned by the individual, and are not influenced by Aeroflow Breastpumps.
