National Breastfeeding Month Campaign
Official Rules Framework
These Official Rules should be used together with (1) Aeroflow's Privacy Policy, (2) any campaign-specific landing page, and (3) existing Patient Terms & Conditions for individuals who become or are already Aeroflow patients.
1. Governing Documents
Participation is governed by these Official Rules and Aeroflow's Privacy Policy. Existing patients remain subject to applicable Patient Terms & Conditions. Participation does not modify any patient agreement or create a provider-patient relationship.
2. Sponsor
Aeroflow Inc. d/b/a. Aeroflow Breastpumps is the sponsor. Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Promotion is not directed to individuals under 18. Employees and immediate family members are not eligible.
4. Promotion Period
Campaign dates will be identified in the applicable promotion materials.
5. Entry
No purchase necessary. Entry methods, limits, and eligibility will be described in campaign materials. Fraudulent or automated entries are void.
6. Prizes
Prize descriptions, approximate retail value, and number of winners will be identified in campaign materials. Prizes are non-transferable. Taxes are winner's responsibility.
7. Winner Selection
Random drawing. Odds depend on eligible entries. Winners have five business days to respond or an alternate winner may be selected.
8. User-Generated Content
Entrants represent they own submitted content, have all necessary permissions (including for minors), and grant Aeroflow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and edit the content for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.
9. Testimonials
Testimonials must reflect honest opinions and may be used consistently with FTC endorsement guidance.
10. Privacy
Information will be handled consistently with Aeroflow's Privacy Policy. Marketing communications require separate consents where applicable.
11. Publicity
Where permitted by law, prize winners may authorize limited use of their name, city/state, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes.
12. Disqualification and Reservation of Rights
Aeroflow may disqualify entrants for fraud or rule violations and may suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion if necessary to protect its integrity or comply with legal requirements.
13. Removal of Content
Aeroflow reserves the right to reject or remove submissions that are unlawful, infringing, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with the Promotion.
14. Limitation of Liability
Entrants release Aeroflow from claims arising from participation or prize acceptance to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Governing Law
North Carolina law governs these Official Rules unless otherwise required by applicable law.
