Our breast pump eligibility process is very thorough, as our Specialists are highly trained to determine the full extent of benefits provided through your insurance plan. Once you fill out our Qualify Through Insurance Form, a dedicated Specialist will work to verify your coverage and contact you via phone or email within 3-5 business days to discuss your motherhood through insurance options!

Insurance Type Your insurance type is most frequently found at the top of your insurance card.
Member ID May also be known as ID #, Policy # or Subscriber ID #. This can be a combination of numbers or letters & numbers.

Breast Pumps Through the Affordable Care Act

Currently, the Affordable Care Act includes a provision that requires insurance providers to provide breastfeeding support and supplies, including a breast pump, for lactating mothers.
